- Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Compliance with Event Rules: You are bound by event rules and any additional terms provided by the organizer.
- Event Changes: In case of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling:

- You may use this credit for the same or another event by the service provider.
- Credits are valid for the current season only.
- Ticket Holder Responsibilities: Verify event details, arrive early, and respect age restrictions. Latecomers may be denied entry without compensation.
- Security Check: Ticket holders and belongings may be subject to searches. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
- Price Inclusions: All ticket prices include VAT.
- Camera and Video Restrictions: Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted.
- Media Consent: Ticket holders’ consent to their media capture and use for event-related purposes.
- Liability: The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- Ticket Resale: Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
- Removal of Disruptive Attendees: The organizer may remove disruptive attendees.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue; designated areas may be provided.
- Bringing in food: It is forbidden to bring foods or drinks from outside, and all must be eaten in the restaurant area and not inside the playing area.
- Entry fees: Free entry for children below 1 year only.

- You must wear socks that will be provided by location before entering the play area.
- It’s not allowed for the children to leave the location if it does not match the parent’s cards & wristbands.
- The parents must attend the location to collect their children before the time ends.
- It is forbidden to leave children alone without control by their parents or guard for children under 6 years of age.
- The entrance fees will be charged as adult for any person above 18 years.
- After purchasing the ticket, the time cannot be modified or changed.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
- You can enter the location during the reservation time, but you must adhere to the exit time.
- In case of a complaint, it must be submitted to “Tarfeeh Portal” by visiting (cx.gea.gov.sa), within a maximum of 3 days of the occurring date.
